On Corner Plot 10% of basic plot cost

On Park Facing Plot 10% of basic plot cost

On 40 Feet Wide Road Plot 8% of basic plot cost

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • 1-   Registry will be done only after completion of the total payment within stipulated timeframe.
  • 2-  Development charges would be Rs.50/sq.ft.
  • 3-  Cheque/draft to be issued in favor of “TERRA ZONE ESTABLISHMENT PVT LTD” payable at Lucknow only.
  • 4-  Price is subject to revision without prior notice, and price ruling on the date of allotment and accepted by the company shall be applicable.
  • 5-  The company shall endeavor to complete development of plot allotted within 36 months from the date of sanctioned of plan.
  • 6-  Property cancellation charges will be 30% of the received amount.
  • 7-   PLC and development charges are not included in the plot cost and customer needs to pay the PLC and development charges within 90 days of booking his /her        plot/plots.
